Enjoy a gentle yet powerful Pilates workout – designed especially for mums. Find your way back into your body, strengthen your core and release tension after birth – in a supportive environment where your baby (from 3 months) can stay right by your side.
Whether your child sleeps, watches or plays nearby – you move through exercises tailored to your needs. Each class combines mindful movement, breathwork and functional strength training – creating space for connection, community and flexibility (because that is exactly what mum life needs!).
No Pilates experience is needed. Mats and a cosy atmosphere are ready for you – all you need is yourself, your baby, maybe a favourite toy – and the willingness to move and breathe together. We recommend completing postnatal recovery training before joining.
